Join Franciscan Health Foundation for our 1st Annual Party with a Purpose on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at The Indiana Roof Ballroom. This won’t be your typical gala! Expect fabulous food stations, lively entertainment and you can “bet” there will be a few games of chance! Proceeds from the event will benefit The Grace Project, our patient assistance fund for young mothers affected by the opiate crisis.

Opiate use in central Indiana has reached epidemic proportions and, sadly, a large number of infants are born opiate-addicted every year. The Grace Project provides emergency financial assistance to young mothers seeking a better life for their infant children. For pregnant women who acknowledge their addiction, receive prenatal care and are active in their recovery treatment, we offer practical solutions.

The Grace Project provides assistance with rent and utilities, helps with transportation to and from medical appointments, allows moms to stay in recovery programs, purchases cribs and diapers and delivers the comfort of a hot meal. We keep motivated moms connected to healthcare and decrease the occurrence and severity of painful withdrawal in their newborns.

Every dollar raised will be used to help precious babies have a better start.
